Question 1: How long warranty you can provide for this lithium battery?
Answer: Normally 5 years according to the application.Lifepo4 cells with 3 year warranty. If there is any quality problem,we can send the new to replace it.
Question 2: What is the MOQ for the lithium battery?
Answer: There is no MOQ for samples. Big batteries MOQ is 50pcs, and small battery MOQ is 100ps.
Question 3: Do you accept OEM/ODM of our own brand and design?
Answer: Yes.
Question 4: Is this lithium ion battery safe compare with lead acid battery?
Answer: Lithium battery is much safer as it has BMS to prevent battery from over charging, over discharging, short circuit, high temperature etc.
Question 5: Can I replace the lead acid battery directly by lithium battery?
Answer: Yes, the lithium battery can be drop-in and plug-play replacement of original lead acid batteries.
Question 6: Would 2 100ah batteries be better or the same as 1 of the 200ah?
Answer: As far as capacity goes it's the same. However, 2 100 ah batteries would be better than 1 200 ah battery. This is because if anything ever happens to the 1 200 ah hour battery your screwed until you get another one. But, if anything ever happens to one of your 2 100 ah hour batteries, you at least have that second one you can run off of until you can get a new 100 ah battery. It always better to have a battery bank consisting of at least two batteries in case anything ever happens. You also have options of parallel connection or series connection for a 12 volt or 24 volt battery bank respectively. With just one battery, you get what you get.
Question 7:I am using 17k watt power per day. how many of this battery will I be needed for my power bank?
Answer:Dividing 17 kilowatt hours (kWh) by 12 volts I get 1417 amp hours. Batteries should be discharged to a maximum of 50% to provide reasonable service life. You would need 2834 amp hours of the rated capacity at 12 volts to operate and survive a couple years of the repeated discharge cycles. You need 15 of the 200Ah batteries (or 29 100Ah batteries.) Don't forget that you will also need to have approximately 20 kWh (1700Ah @ 12 volts) per day of charging capacity to accommodate battery storage and discharge inefficiencies.
