A: This is a sealed battery, and we recommend placing it upright. You may place and install it on its side only for specific reasons. However, DO NOT place the battery upside down. Store the battery in a dry, cool environment (5°F~104°F / -15°C~40°C). Ensure it is fully charged before storing and recharge it every three months to maintain its health.
Q: Can I discharge the battery to 0% and then recharge it again?
A: To maximize the battery's lifespan, avoid discharging it below 50%. Before storing the battery, fully charge it to 100%, and recharge it every three months.
Q: I will be living in my forest cabin during the winter holidays. Can this battery be used at freezing temperatures?
A: The battery's discharge working temperature range is 5°F~122°F (-15°C~50°C), and the charge temperature range is 5°F~104°F (-15°C~40°C). Operating the battery outside of these ranges can significantly reduce its lifespan. Before using the battery, please verify the daily temperatures at your location to ensure it falls within the acceptable range for this AGM battery.

Would 2 100Ah batteries be better or the same as 1 of the 200Ah?

In terms of capacity, they are equivalent. However, having 2 100Ah batteries is advantageous over 1 200Ah battery. If one 200Ah battery fails, you're left without a backup. With 2 100Ah batteries, if one fails, you still have the other to rely on, providing greater reliability.
