Yes. We are a lithium battery factory in China, support OEM/ODM service.
2.How long will it take me to receive the goods?
If the battery you want needs to be customized, the production time is 15 days. If it is in stock, we will ship it to you within three days. The transportation time by air and express is 10-15 days,and the shipping time is 30 days.
3.Can your batteries be connected in series and parallel?
Our company's batteries can be connected in parallel. it is not recommended to connect batteries in parallel with other manufacturers' batteries.
4.My previous battery was a lead-acid battery. Can I continue to use the previous charger after replacing it with a lithium-ion battery?
No. Need to buy a lithium-ion battery charger.
5.How do I know the battery voltage I need?
You can look at the manual of your golf cart, which describes the voltage and capacity of your battery.
6.How to determine the capacity I need?
1. Give me the power of your motor and the voltage of the controller.

7.How should I handle or protect my battery?
Before use, please check the product data sheet we sent you. Although the lifepo4 material is relatively stable and not much dangerous, for the life of your battery, please follow the precautions in the datasheet.

Yes. This battery can support wired in series for 24V application;

16:Can This Battery Be Charged With a Lead Acid Battery Charger?
We recommend our customers to use a professional LiFePO4 charger to charge. A lead acid charger is not able to fully charge a LiFePO4 battery.
17:Can LiFePO4 Batteries Be Switched Parallel Or Series?
Yes, make sure the batteries are fully charged and all batteries have the same voltage level before switching them in series or parallel. We do not advise mixing serial and parallel circuits.
18 :What Should I Do If The Battery Cannot Be Charged And Unusable?
Our battery BMS has multiple protection functions to ensure safety: Short circuit protection, over-current protection, overload protection, over-voltage protection, overcharge protection and over-discharge protection. Once protection is triggered, the battery is temporarily unusable.
